E Safety

Halloween Door Competition

Our Halloween door competition proved a great success. Congratulations to Ms. Barrett’s 5th class who won with a truly gruesome and scary door. Thanks to the parents council for the prizes.

Visit to GAA centre of Excellence

On Wednesday 12th October, our 6th classes will visit the Connacht GAA centre of Excellence. This promises to be a very exciting day indeed and thanks to our county coach Thomas Hughes for organising the day.

Cross Country Running

Two more great runs by Darragh Kenny and Jack Hession means that they have now qualified for the Connaught Finals. They both put in fantastic efforts and finished even higher up the field this time. Well done lads.

Mini 7s compete in Tuam area competition.

Cross Country Running

Well done to the junior and senior running teams who came 9th and 10 out of 34 teams in the schools competition in Renmore. Darragh Kenny and Jack Hession ran brilliant races to qualify for the county finals, well done lads.

New School Building

Over the summer the builders have been working hard to get the extra accommodation that we need ready. We are delighted that they are almost finished and we have a sneak preview of the work.

Parents Council

Congratulations to Mary Geraghty, winner of the 50/50 draw. Thanks again to all the parents on the council who help out. Don’t forget that we are always looking for new members. We hope to hold our first meeting of the year on Tuesday 20th September in St.Pats at 8p.m. All welcome.

Footballers win

St.Pat’s football team had a fantastic win today over Carnmore. The boys were excellent and it was a huge team effort. In all 22 players got a game and the supportive attitude of all was brilliant. It was a great day and great result, well done lads.
