Footballers win

St.Pat’s football team had a fantastic win today over Carnmore. The boys were excellent and it was a huge team effort. In all 22 players got a game and the supportive attitude of all was brilliant. It was a great day and great result, well done lads.

Friday 29th April was Autism Awareness Day in St.Pats. Boys wore blue to school to show support for students with autism and to raise awareness. The blue looked great and here is a photo of the day.

Community Games

Well done to Jack Hession in 5th class who won the Tuam district u12 community games art competition. Jack now goes on to the county finals. Registration for Tuam community games athletics will take place in SVP house Dublin road on 27,28,29 April 7-9 each evening. The competition will be held on Monday 2nd May.

On Tuesday 15th March St.Patrick’s joined with schools all over Ireland in raising the Irish Flag to remember the events of 1916. Sections of the proclamation were read out as was the new proclamation created by the students of St.Patrick’s.
